Too Much Stuff

This group therapy “Too Much Stuff” provides a supportive and educational space to help individuals who struggle to discard items, and/or who have hoarding tendencies.

It’s a combination of a process and skills group, which means that you will have an opportunity to share that which you are going through while also learning skills to develop a healthier relationship with objects.

Group details:

  • Participants must be over 18 years old and in NY

  • The group meets virtually

  • The fee is $35 per session, private pay

  • Meeting day and time will be determined based on interest

  • This is a 6-week program beginning the week of January 26th

Building Self-Esteem

This is a new series, which will consist of multiple "modules" over the next few months. If you join a module,  you will be asked to commit to attend all 6 sessions in this module. While you're welcome to apply to future modules, participating in one module does not mean you have to participate in all modules. 

Sessions will include interactive exercises and space for group members to process their challenges in building self-esteem.

Rethinking

Executive Functioning

Developing strong executive functioning can be done through reframing the way you think about yourself and the world around you, and by learning new skills and strategies.

This group will be a space to speak about your specific challenges, learn how to restructure the way you think about executive functioning and gain practical tools to function more strongly.

Group details:

  • Participants must be over 18 years old and in NY

  • The group meets virtually

  • The fee is $40 per session, private pay

  • Meeting day, time and start date will be determined based on interest

  • This is a 6-week program

  • Start date not before January 26th

Living With Loss

Group details:

  • Participants must be over 18 years old and living in NY

  • The group meets virtually

  • The fee is $35 per session, private pay

  • This is an 8-week program

This group therapy, “Living With Loss,” was created to offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to grieve a loss they’ve experienced.

It is a combination of a process group and skills group which means that you will have a space to share that which you are going through while also learning skills to grieve your loss.

Self-Esteem Book Club

This therapeutic book club is based on Megan Logan’s “Self-Love Workbook for Women” and will focus on developing self-esteem.

Participants will be asked to read and complete some activities between sessions while other activities will be completed and discussed as a group.

Group details:

  • Participants must be female, over 18 years old and living in NY

  • The group meets virtually

  • The fee is $35 per session, private pay

  • Day, meeting time and start date will be determined based on interest

  • This is a 6-week program

Healing from Religious Trauma

This group therapy, “Healing from Religious Trauma,” is focused on helping women heal and grow from traumas they experienced in a Jewish religious context.

It is a combination of a process group and skills group which means that you will have a space to share that which you are feeling and thinking, hear and learn from others and discuss tools to help you heal and grow.

Group details:

  • Participants must be female, over 18 years old and living in NY

  • The group meets virtually

  • The fee is $25 per session, private pay

  • Day, meeting time and start date will be determined based on interest

  • This is an 8-week program
