This means that:

• Clients are responsible for paying Neima the full session fee after each session

• Clients will be provided with a superbill to use in requesting reimbursement from their insurance

To determine your insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits you may want to call and ask them the following:

• Does my plan offer out-of-network benefits?

• Does my policy cover individual psychotherapy (CPT code 90834) or couples psychotherapy (CPT code 90847)?

• If my policy covers individual/couples psychotherapy what is the reimbursement percentage?

• Will I be reimbursed for each session or do I need to meet a deductible before getting any reimbursement?

• What is the process for submitting claims?
